Balearia ferry toward Morocco

Balearia, from the Strait to the Rif

Balearia links Tangier Med, Tangier Ville, Algeciras, Ceuta, Nador and Almeria. Compare with FRS, AML and Armas at Hamama Voyages Tetouan–Fnideq. CMI planned.

Compare and book

Balearia is not only a Balearic brand: it holds Moroccan rotations to Algeciras, sometimes Tarifa/Tangier Ville, Ceuta, and the Nador–Almeria corridor.

Hamama Voyages places those sailings beside FRS, AML and Armas.

Newer ships and a public green stance do not erase Marhaba or queues.

Indicative times, fares in the engine.

Two geographies

On the Strait, Balearia competes with FRS and AML. On Nador, it overlaps Armas and AML. Same logo, very different sea times (about 1.5 hours versus six). Pick the corridor first, then the brand.

Comfort and honesty

Lounges, catering, sockets: useful, not a reason to ignore the garage. In August a “nice” ship still saturates. Hamama describes the bookable product, without aggregator lyricism.

Book in MAD

Tetouan and Fnideq, CMI planned, open comparison. If Balearia lacks your hour, we switch to FRS or AML without forcing the brand.

Tangier Ville?

Foot rotations exist by calendar, often opposite FRS.

Greener therefore first choice?
